All this while he has played key roles such as solution architect/delivery manager/program manager for the one of India's leading software providers - Cognizant Technology Solutions. Ardhendu was instrumental in implementing complex financial services and banking applications in the Mid Western and Eastern US as delivery lead\manager from Cognizant. He was responsible for improving productivity and client satisfaction for a couple of large financial services and investment banking companies. Rajesh has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry and has been in the Consulting business since 1992. His domain is shipping and motel industry. He is involved with providing turnkey solutions –i.e assessing the clients requirements (both hardware and software), analyzing the business work flow and implementing a system to cater to the clients requirement. His ability to grasp the problem domain of the client has resulted in providing the clients with cost and time saving solutions. Ramachandra Dash, Advisor

Ram has 11 years of experience in IT industry out of which he has spent more than 8 years working on high technology product development and management areas in US. As a Business Application Architect and Business Services Delivery Manager, Ram has pioneered product solutions that catered to various fortune 500 clients in US and Europe. His expertise includes delivering Social Enterprise Management (SEM), Compliance Management, Retail, Automotive, Supply Chain Management and eCommerce solutions. During his career, Ram has worked for leading organizations such as Motorola, CISCO Systems, IBS America and Cognizant Technology Solutions and IBM in various capacities. He was responsible for evangelizing the usage of component based software engineering on J2EE platform at IBS America as well as for their implementation and rollout within the product suite.

Ram uses his spare time to contribute towards open source technologies as he is very passionate about the Java community. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Sanjeev S., Advisor

Sanjeev has twelve years of experience working in various levels in the IT industry ranging from implementing business systems to devising Business Strategy. He worked for seven years in Cognizant and directly consulted with various clients in the US. In this role, he developed and implemented data management strategies, implemented online dispute resolution systems and architected CRM using the SaaS model.

Prior to Cognizant, he worked with information technology division of Tata Steel where he developed inbound logistics systems for the supply chain operations of the firm. Sanjeev also consulted for Local Software Economy division of Microsoft Corporation and helped them conduct industry research and market software products in a new segment. Sanjeev brings strong skills in understanding IT infrastructure, applications and organization that helps him develop solutions that are practical and create lasting results. He also worked with Endeavor (www.endeavor.org) in Santiago, Chile where he consulted for an IT service company (Kibernum) in Chile and helping them form a strategic alliance as well as develop new practice to capture and enlarge the market.

Shantidev is an Electronics and Telecommunications engineer from IIT Kharagpur and has done his MS and PhD from Georgia Tech, Atlanta. He has worked for Texas Instruments in Bangalore. He is currently working as a research associate at Intel, Santa Clara, California. He travels around the world to attend the IEEE standards meetings.
